Angela Hartnett will be unveiling her latest projects this summer, York & Albany a boutique hotel with a deli overlooking Regents Park and Murano, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Mayfair. We are seeking skilled talent to build a team for these new ventures. Chefs de Partie. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing a section in the kitchen and the training and supervision of the junior chefs. Further responsibilities will include ordering stock and ensuring the efficient use of stock.

Head Waiters. We are looking for candidates who are able to deliver first class service standards to every guest. You will be expected to have previous fine dining experience, be well presented and hold a good command of the English language. This is a junior management position therefore requires previous experience in managing a team including training and motivating for increased performance. An eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team is essential.

Chef de Rang. As a Chef de Rang you will be responsible for running of a section during service and the supervision of commis waiters.
