GORDON RAMSAY Cooking for Friends will be published by HarperNonFiction on 15th September (priced £25). The book bridges the gap between Gordon Ramsay’s working kitchen and his table at home with wife Tana and their four young children. The book reveals the celebrated chef’s guide to cooking seasonal, simple and modern British recipes, which are perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Gordon lives life in the fast lane, travelling the world to oversee his global restaurant business.   Nevertheless, despite the pressures of such a busy work life, Gordon has always believed in the importance of families and friends taking the time to sit and eat together as often as possible, and in this book Gordon shares and in this book, Gordon shares the dishes which he loves to cook (and eat) when he is off duty such as Chorizo, broad bean and mint couscous; Scallop brochettes with coriander and chilli butter; Smoked salmon and horseradish cream tarts and Toffee and chocolate steamed pudding.
