maze wins Best UK Restaurant Award
maze has won best restaurant in the country at the UK Top 100 Restaurants 2008 in association with Restaurant Magazine.
The awards were held at the Hurlingham Club on Monday, 6th October following on from the success of the San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
maze is best known for its tapas-style menu offering unusual combinations and it is heavily influenced by Executive Chef Jason Atherton’s time working at El Bulli.
The list was compiled and voted for by the UK Top 100 Restaurants Academy, made up of famous chefs, restaurateurs and food critics.
