Books
Books are non returnable.
Postage & packaging is £6.00 per book except 'The Cook's Book' which is at £12.00 per book, for UK delivery only.
Please contact us directly for overseas delivery prices.
Please allow three working days for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale.
The value of a single voucher cannot be less than £50.00 or more than £10,000.00. Please contact us on +44(0)20 7592 1360 or at vouchers@gordonramsay.com should you require a greater amount.
Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Reservations for Restaurant Gordon Ramsay are accepted two calendar months in advance by telephone only on +44 207 352 4441. Purchase of a voucher is not guarantee of a reservation.
Gift Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
Information provided is correct at the time of going to print. However content is liable to change thereafter. Any changes will be advised at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers will be despatched by Special Delivery at a charge of £5.00 per voucher.
Please allow two working days for delivery within the United Kingdom.

The standard Postage & Packing charges detailed above do also apply to delivery addresses with the following Postcodes:
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Isles of Scilly.
However please note, delivery time may be extended to these destinations.

Refund policy
Should you be unhappy with your books or vouchers, please return your product to us within seven days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.
To request a refund, please call +44(0)20 7592 1360 to report the problem and then post the product to our Head Office at Gordon Ramsay Holdings Limited, 1 Catherine Place, London, SW1E 6DX.
The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.
