Master Classes

Join us at Hilton Dubai Creek to experience an intimate cooking master class with Executive Chef, Matt Pickop and the team at the multi award-winning restaurant, Verre by Gordon Ramsay.

Commencing February 2009, these gourmet cooking classes are aimed at cooking enthusiasts who wish to learn the ‘tricks of the trade’ from the experts.

Intimate groups of eight aspiring chefs will enjoy a cooking demonstration by Executive Chef, Matt Pickop, before having the opportunity to try their hand at producing the magnificent dishes from a three-course Gordon Ramsay menu.

Priced at Dhs 950 per person, the master-class allows participants the opportunity to enjoy their culinary creations over lunch, as well as learn the art of wine-matching, courtesy of Verre’s award-winning Sommelier, Luca Gagliardi. Earn the chance to gain invaluable culinary skills and take home a personal Verre recipe pack and exclusive Verre apron.

The master-class experience has been especially tailored to leave participants with an authentic Verre experience. Signature hospitality and off-the-cuff expertise creates an interactive and informal dynamic, delivering a passionate and original class.

Known as one of Gordon Ramsay’s international protégés, Matt Pickop is certainly a famed personality in Dubai’s culinary landscape. Verre’s consistent award-winning career since it’s opening in 2002 is testament to the Ramsay team’s dedication and prolific culinary expertise.

The Verre master-classes are scheduled in the mornings from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. The sessions are priced at Dhs 950 per person, with each session accommodating a maximum of eight people.
