- Our menus for the Chef's Table are created individually for each event, dependant on the freshest market produce and the preferences of your guests. We are delighted to offer alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements.

- Foie gras and ham knuckle ballottine with green apple vinaigrette
- Pan fried red mullet fillet with fennel bulb, pink grapefruit and pear vinegar
