A sample menu
Our menus for the Chef's Table are created individually for each event, dependant on the freshest market produce and the preferences of your guests. We are delighted to offer alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements.
Amuse bouche
Roasted Périgord foie gras, Cabernet Sauvignon sauce and white asparagus 
Pan-fried Scottish scallops with octopus carpaccio, cauliflower velouté
Line-caught turbot with coriander tagliolini, citrus sauce
Best end of Allaiton lamb with confit belly, Provençal vegetables and thyme jus
