with lardo di colonnata,
vegetables à la grecque and coral vinaigrette - Roasted pheasant with chestnut lasagne,
trompette de la mort, spinach and sautéed foie gras - Bramley apple and toffee ice cream sundae
with custard doughnuts - Walnut soufflé
